Equipilates is a specialized fitness system for riders,

developed from the combination of Classical Pilates and Intrinsic Biomechanic training. 

- Training on and off the horse  - 

  • Individualized Seat Analysis on your saddle / horse

  • Strengthening  & Conditioning the muscle groups most important to riders

  • Off-Horse Movement Training, E.g. for sitting trot &    half-halt​

  • Intrinsic Biomechanic Screening- Testing pelvic, back, and shoulder muscle function
